and is registered with the
Department of Social Affairs under registration number 416/Orsos/97/type B.

2. Training.
Based in Jakarta , YEL has established a Training Center on Ageing (ITCOA), to provide training programs at local
and national level, based on the needs of those involved in the care of older persons.
3. Information .
The website www.gerbanglansia.com provides information on Indonesia Aging related subjects and is intended as a communications
forum with all parties concerned, both national and international.
A quarterly magazine "GERBANG LANSIA" , provides information aimed at
raising awareness of the community and Government about the needs and problems faced by older persons, and possibilities
to overcome the problems.
4. Home Care.
Regular visits and basic health care for the sick , fragile and lonely older persons at home .
